Aulad Ke Mamle Mein Miya Biwi Ke Huqooq
Mera sawal yeh hai ke mere shohar ki pehli shadi talaq par khatam ho chuki hai aur us shadi se unke do bachy hain. Mujhy b Allah ne aik aulaad se nawaza hai. Main chahti hoon ke hamara ek aur bachcha ho, lekin mere shohar is baat se ittefaq nahi karte aur kehte hain ke woh aur bachcha nahi chahte.
Kya Islam mein is faisle ka ikhtiyar sirf mard ko diya gaya hai, ya biwi ki khwahish aur rai ko bhi ahmiyat hasil hai?

In Islam, such decisions are left on mutual understanding and decision of the couple. Islam donot interfere in such thing unless there is any moral problem.
