While talking to someone with prospects of marriage in future, how much details do you owe to them about your past relationships if they ask? And at what point in Islam do you owe them complete loyalty?

You owe nothing. After nikah you have to observe the boundaries of nikah.

What if the person was already married, is currently married to someone, has children, had children who died, or was at fault for the divorce?

Do we really not need to say anything on a religious level?

I am not asking about the social aspect.

Anything important should be shared. Bring married or married matters in the case of marriage. So one should share this previous status.
