Is This Gambling ?
There is a game in which you can spend virtual money earned from playing the game, using this money you can spend it to get random characters some better than others, which you can then pick from and use against other players. The concern I have is that you would spend the virtual money in order to get the character you want but the characters you get are random so you might not get the one you wanted but you will always get characters.
