Father’S Responsibility On Me
My qurstion is realted to parents responsibility. I am 27 yeras old and my mother has decided to take khula after 30 years of abusive marriage. After their seperation, is it compulsory on me as his child to take care of him or ask him about needs or anything else? As apart from blood relationship I do not have any emotional attachment with my father because my whole life I never saw him being loving or caring toward us and our mother. I am feeling guilty for him just as human being because he will be alone after seperation. I am very confused and have no idea what shoild we do? I also have other 3 siblings all boys we dont have any sister and they also feel same. The reason of not heing close to our father because he was abusive physically and mentally towards our mother and to some extent with us as well.

You should do good to him whatever you can. If you do not love him, it is not necessary to create love for him.
