Shahādah means bearing witness, while da’wah means preaching or دعوت. The nations of the Children of Israel (Banī Isrā’īl) and Quraysh witnessed the truth through their direct experience with the prophets who were sent among them. They became witnesses to the truth based on firsthand knowledge. Their descendants continue to bear that witness as part of their inherited religious tradition. Therefore, their da’wah is accompanied by shahādah—a testimony rooted in the historical witness of their forefathers.

For other Muslims, however, da’wah is simply the act of conveying the message. While they do not possess that same inherited historical witness, they base their preaching on the shahādah preserved and transmitted by the descendants of Banī Isrā’īl and Quraysh.

So is dawah conveying God’s message and Shahdah is conveying message plus telling Non Muslims about God’s Divine Judgement which happened 1400 years ago? Also as Ghamidi sir says that dawah is to be done on the basis of one capacity i.e dawah of individuals, dawah of scholars. Can we say the same thing about Shahdah ?

Shahadah is the prerogative of the progeny of Abraham. Others refer to it as their Shahadah. Therefore, establishing the Shahadah in other nations is the duty of the progeny of Abraham.

Ghamidi sir says that when we enter into the fold of Islam, we also become part of Bani Ismail and hence its our duty too to establish Shahada.

Please provide the reference when you quote anyone.

Ghamidi Saheb does not say that; he says that if one opts for it, it can be appreciated. For details, see the chapter, Qanoon e Dawat in his book Meezan.

If I am understanding correctly, he says that once we accept Islam, we become part of Bani Ismael in terms of helping them in this mission. Here are few references

    From 15:08 to 18:14

    From 32:45 to 34:35

    From 3:50 to 4:28

And here he says we will face the same consequences

He clearly states that the mansab of Shahadah is the responsibility of Bani Ismael.

However, individuals should become good scholars to warn their people.
