What Us Kufr?
In our daily life we say many words and many statements that may or may not fall under the category of kufr..
One doesnt know what they are saying is kufr or not.
And we have no right to put takfir on any One..
Unintentional utterances and statement that a person say without knowing that I can fall in the category of kufr..
Is the person accountable for that..
For example a person is saying a statement that is a bit controversial..but the person has no intention of mocking Islam,or denying any tenent
Or a person is saying words that are not falling in the category of mannerism..
The person consider himself/herself to be a Muslim and believes in every thing and every command of Allah..
How can an unintentional statement or words spoken in emotional outburst can cast a person out of Islam..
One is only accountable of kufr if he intentionally mock or reject the basic rulings of Islam
Saw on many fatwa sights that words said in emotional outburst or during a debate where one has no intention of commiting disbelief falls under disbelief…
All these things out a person in confusion
All these things are creating doubts in mind as a Muslim one is scared

An unintentional statement that may be explicit or implicit kufr does not make one accountable to God. Intention is essential in every matter. Others’ perception does not matter here.

So as long as the person is not willingly and intentionally denying a tenent and rejecting Islam or any command of Allah..
He is safely a Muslim.
It’s all about intentions and what’s in heart the makes a person Muslim or not..words and unintentional utterances or words spoken in emotional outburst have no value?
And even if a person said a controversial statement and he is also confused on his statement that why he said that and also thinka that’s it’s a meaningless statement and the other person listening to that statement also cannot analyze what’s the point of the statement
But the person uttering the statement has no intention of denying anything and no intention of kufr
So the rulling doesn’t apply on him/her?
As for as other question,many scholar say that commiting even unintentional kufr or uttering a statement cast one out of Islam and he has to do a nikah renewal..and majority of the scholars have that view..how can they decide on a single sentence that a person is kafir and he has to renew shahada and marriage..

Those who argue that an unintentional utterance of kufr is effective have no convincing argument to support their position.

I also think the same that a person who doesn’t even know the rulling and doesn’t even know that what are the consequences of his words and what he is saying is a dangerous statement..how can he be cast out of Islam or slip out of it and then for entering he has to take shahada..
When the point is to enter again then whats the point to cast him out
And they say that all the past good deeds are removed because of the utterance and all four school of thoughts have been agreed on this descion.
It means it’s their own made rulling?they have decided this mutually to pass this rulling?

The scholars of high tiers do not say that unintentional kufr is effective. You are advised to read and listen to the authentic scholars.
