Explanation Of The Quran 6:130
In the Quran 6:130, Allah says:
O you assembly of Jinn and humans! “Did not there come to you Messengers from amongst you, reciting unto you My verses and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours”
In the tafseer by Ibn Kathir, it is mentioned that Allah sent his messengers who were human beings, both for mankind and the jinns. If this is so, then why does the Quran mentions about the things and activities only related to mankind and none specifically about the jinns. It mentions Hillat and Hurmat related to food, social purification and body purification of human beings. Jinns do not possess a body like ours nor their food habits are the same. Hence, how the Quran or the Messengers (humans) addressed these issues related to the Jinns.
Is there any difference in opinion as to whether Messengers from amongst the Jinns too were appointed by Allah. -
