Are Bellow Transactions Ok?
1. Ordering hand paint products: where you are choosing the color of the dress, saree and you say the painter to paint a specific flower. You don’t ask for any specific design such as how subtle way or heavy way it would be painted. Rather you leave it upon the painter as you know painter herself is experienced. Does this thing comes under ambiguity? Where you.know.the painter is reputed and experienced.
2. You give some instructions such as keep heave print in this area keep suttle print on that area. And still leave it upon the painter saying “if you find something else to be more pretty then do as your wish”. I. e you are ultimately leaving it and depending on the painter.
3. Giving pre order to retailer. Who clearly say that they don’t own the product. If I give pre order in that case they will source it. To complete the pre order one need to give some base amount. And the ramaining amount will be given upon delivery. The advance amount is non refundable if I cancel the order.
Price and approximate delivery date is known for 3 cases.
Does any of above case comes under ambiguity?
