Ghamidi Sahab treats the “Ten Commandments” as a two-part subject: the Torah’s list (Exodus 20 / Deuteronomy 5), and the Quran’s own set of ten, which he locates in Surah Bani Israil 17:22–39. In Mizan (the chapter on Morals) he presents these as the definitive statement of essential morality: all morals are a corollary of these ten.
