Gender Pronouns
Assalam alaikum. I work in a Healthcare setting. I wanted to ask what does Ghamidi Sahib think about gender pronouns. Can we use masculine pronouns for a female and vice versa? We are often told to bear these in mind in our work setting but I wonder if this violates any divine injunction?

This is what the language, literary norms and the culture decide.
There should be no intent to confuse or deceive others through opposite or same use of pronouns.
