All Of Property To Be Given To 3 Daughters
Asslamualaikum,
I have 3 daughters, I own a building and I wish to understand if there is a way I can gift away all my property equally to my 3 daughters while im alive, is this islamically allowed? I heard you say once that only 1/3rd of property is to be gifted or given away to daughters and the remaining 2/3rd will be wasiyat to be distributed islamically after death, but to whom and how? Please elaborate.

You can do that. There is no restriction.
The one-third limitation relates to the distribution of a person’s estate after death through a bequest. During one’s lifetime, a person is free to distribute or gift their property in any manner they consider appropriate.
However, we do not accept the view that a person may only bequeath one-third of their property after death. In our understanding, an individual’s valid will takes precedence. The laws of inheritance apply only when there is no will, or when any portion of the estate remains undistributed after the terms of the will have been carried out.
