Is it permissible to use perfume and other cosmetic products like cream, lotion ,soap,lipstick,make-up, shampoo, moisturizer etc having alcohol extract from grapes, barley, wheat or alcohol from any other source externally on body and clothes.

Also, Are ablution and namaz valid while applying these things having alcohol mixed with them?
