Is a transaction simply being zero-sum in structure enough to make it maysir, or is zero-sum by itself not haram?

Maysir is the Arabic term for gambling.
Any transaction is gambling when it is a pure game of chance and the winner offers or exchanges nothing valuable in return.

Can you please clarify if CFD (Contract for difference) trading comes inside the ruling of Qimar or Maysir?
I have read multiple threads replied by Umer qureshi Sahab, where he has clarified his stance on CFD trading as “Not being inherently Haram”
Can you please Clarify your stance and Understanding please?
