The passage itself appears to describe how Allah created the human being:23:12: “And indeed, We created the human being from an extract of clay.”Then:23:13: “Then We made it a nuṭfah in a firm resting place.”Then 23:14 describes the successive transformations:“Then We created the nuṭfah into an ʿalaqah, then We created the ʿalaqah into a muḍghah, then We created the muḍghah into bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, then We brought it forth as another creation.”So could the passage simply be describing Allah’s creative process—from an extract of clay, to a liquid/drop, then into a firm resting place, then an ʿalaqah, then a lump of flesh, then bones, then flesh covering the bones, and finally “another creation”?Where does the Qur’an itself say that this is specifically a description of human reproduction in the wombs of mothers?The words nuṭfah, qarār makīn, ʿalaqah, and muḍghah should first be understood according to their Arabic meanings. The verse does not explicitly use the word “sperm”, nor does it use رَحِم (raḥim), meaning “womb.”Therefore, why should we introduce the idea of a “second phase” in which humans began to be born from their mothers’ wombs, and then use modern embryology to claim that the Qur’an has been scientifically validated?Could it instead be that the passage is simply describing how Allah created the human being, rather than describing the stages of pregnancy inside a womb?

The verses in Surah 32:7–9 describe the creation of the human being from earthly matter and then mention the later development of human reproductive capacity through sexual reproduction.
We do not claim that the Qur’an described embryology as something ahead of its time. Rather, our point is that the Qur’an describes the stages of human development with remarkable precision, and that modern scientific knowledge has not identified an error in this description.

Sir can we say that Allah first created the human being through His creative process like he described in 23:12-14 at somewhere in liquidated clay, and then gave same capacity to human being for reproduction capacity to produce subsequent human beings through a reproductive fluid and the same general developmental sequence.
Otherwise in your answer you are right..

Definitely no, Allah doesn’t describing here phases of human reproductive system. We had created a human being from essence of clay.“Then We placed him as a drop in a firm resting place…… and all process and at last Allah says then we produced it as a another creation” definitely it is creation of first time when Allah initiated creation of human being in earth..
