Assalamu alaikum. By personality I am someone who gets angry very easily. And who have such characteristics can easily understand how much tough it is to swallo, not to show that anger. So I try to swallo my anger. But it also needs some chanellization otherwise this silet swallowing harms my inner soul/ emotional health.

As if I am a closed boiler which can burst any moment!!

    1. In many situations it.happens that I am seeing my family members such as my.father doing an action which I suppose to be wrong. Can harm him. Such as he wants to go outside under hot sun. So even if I suggest him not to go.outside at this moment he won’t listen. He will do whatever he feels to be the right. And such behaviour makes me so pissed off. I don’t continue the discussion. But such continuous behaviour makes me really annoyed. And ultimately end up messing my innerside.

So, if I believe that for me it is better to stay quiet and not give him (or any people who don’t take suggestions) any suggestion. Will I be sinning?

    2. Suppose if I strongly feel it can harm him, but I also know if I talk to him about this I will end up hampering my mental.peace and I will really get very annoyed on him again. And will feel.like why did I even talked to him about it. So if in such case I choose my mental peace and believe it is better to take care of my mental health rather than indulging it to such conversation will I be sinning?

    3. My fear is, do I have to believe like, I “Should” give/suggest him whether my inner peace/health is getting spoiled or not? Do I believe that in this case Allah will give me more reward? Does Allah really want to choose tests willingly wheb we can respectfully avoid that test.

    4. If I beleive that, if I safe my mental health, my inner soul away from this test then Allah can also reward me in the same way for saving my inner soul from this pain?

    5. My fear is, do I have believe like Allah gives more reward if I put myself in to trial? If I believe that saving myself from trials can also be equally rewareded as I am protecting me from this pain and Allah does want ease for us. Will I be sinning.

    6. If I choose my.mental peace and dont put myself to such trials do I have to believe like I have choosen the less better option?

I have been fighting with such questions since a long time. I swallowed my questions. And ended up a totally messed up mental health. Continuous suppression of anger has converted me into a robot. I feel no urge to talk to people anymore. I keepmyself locked in my room and only do my office works.

    You need a psychiatric consultation.

Muslims are not held responsible for such matters, nor do such matters make them accountable.

Accountability arises only when there is an obvious evil, and you have the AUTHORITY to stop it, and yet you deliberately choose not to do so.
