Supplication At The Time Of Burying The Deceased
To my understanding supplication is always addressed to Allah only. At the time of burying the deceased we read from the Quran 20:55. In this ayat Allah is addressing us. Is this a supplication? Can’t it be rephrased as ” You created us from the earth and to it shall we be returned and from it you shall bring us out once again “.
Secondly, if reciting 20:55 is okay as a supplication, is there any other instance where a similar supplication is recited wherein Allah is addressing us.
