What is the interpretation of noah’s flood, earth before and after him.
Given all the myths that modern science has busted and the fact that we now know that a first full fledged sapien with our current intellectual capacity was born just 11000 years ago (Lets call him Adam).
What do you guys say about the flood, the enormous lifespans, noah collecting all species on an Ark

Events of the past cannot, in many cases, be directly falsified or verified through scientific experimentation. Science can establish conclusions based on what can be observed, tested, and reproduced; it cannot experimentally investigate every event that occurred in the distant past.
Therefore, the first question is whether the Qur’an is genuinely the word of God. If it can be established through sound and objective criteria that the Qur’an is the word of God, then its accounts of past events can be accepted as truthful on the basis of its divine authority.
The Qur’an’s divine origin can itself be examined through various rational and objective parameters. We have discussed these parameters in detail on this forum and in the accompanying videos.

I just want to know that things like these that say that at time of Noah people’s ages were hundreds of years, or Noah collected all species on an Ark a male and female.
If people lived for hundreds of years then why don’t our genes tell us this story. They sure tell us everything else correctly.
If so many species were collected on a single Ark. Why didn’t they interbred?

Science does not claim to know everything. It is progressing.
Noah collected only one pair of animals in his area, those that could not survive in the water.
