Given Mr. Ghamidi was first to propose “tanseekh-e-nikkah” as a means to provide relief to woman stuck in oppressive marriages.
My question is the following:
What are his proposed guardrails in the event that the woman uses tanseekh-e-nikkah to blackmail the man by threatening to break his family and take his children away from him? I mean these cases can arise when there is a big disagreement (which is extremely common according to Ghamidi himself) and the woman refuses to back down
Mind you
If a man does the same thing, he has to bear the financial responsibility of the woman?
