Member April 24, 2022 at 2:50 pmFurther in this video Ghamidi sb talks about the incident about Rajam Punishment in which he gave his opinion and chief justice gave verdict on his advice. He says that Law should have the consent of the majority. If that is the case then the current law in Pakistan for anyone who changes it’s religion from Islam is to first guide him by the Scholors for three days if he doesn’t reverse his decision then he can be given death sentence. Would that stand true? However it is against the teachings of Islam. Also given the fact that people don’t have any good understanding of Religion in Pakistan they follow what their scholors say. They don’t have the sense to judge whether it is in accordance of Islam’s teachings or not. Also given the fact that laws are not made by the Aalims and Politicians and they never take into count the consent of the public. Also the fact that in this way if in future a law is made that anyone who asks for help from anyone other than Allah he would be declared as Non-Muslim and would be killed because he has shifted from A Muslim to non Muslim. Majority of people in Pakistan are Sunni. This law would get the majority and then as a result other sects which we know say such sentences and have these kind of Shirkiya beliefs would be charged with this law. I don’t understand how is this possible. Please clarify this
