Iddat And Scientific Testing
Ghamidi sahab says that iddat can end if there is a sure scientific source saying there is no pregnancy.
My question is that Allah has said to wait for 4 months. He gave a different ruling for a women who had not consummated the marriage. How can we say there was no other reason than pregnancy to complete the iddat?
For example the 4 months for a couple who have consummated could be for time so that they can come back and make up- how can we specify it?
