    Punishment Of Rape

    So a few men gang raped a women in front of her kids. Now there is a popular narrative in public to give death sentence to them publically. Can they be given death sentence on basis of fasad fil arz or they will get the punishment of rape only.

    I think the court has to decide.

    But this is fasad on arz and is punishable by death in my opinion

    A 5 year old girl was raped last week and burnt to death. The law enacted after little Zainab’s death should have been a deterrent. These rapists should be hanged to death so that our little girls and women can be saved from these horrific criminals
