Any immoral act is prohibited in Islam. When we deliberately violate the terms of service of a web site or another service, we break our contract with them and that is definitely prohibited. I am not sure what all the Amazon seller strategies involve, but if they include deceptive techniques or anything immoral then we should stay away from them.

For example Bitcoin is 100 percent halaal. But Pakistan has banned it because of stupid reasons so it would be haraam to do Bitcoin trading?

I’m not sure what the law is in Pakistan regarding Bitcoin and what’s the reasoning behind any such law, however, in principle, it’s incumbent upon us to follow the law of the land. If one disagrees with the law, they can campaign against it – however while it’s still a law, it must be followed in letter and spirit.

Any illegal thing is haram. Breaching law of the land means you are violating the agreement.
