Can someone name his kid “Eesa ibn e Maryyam” if the mother’s name is also maryyam?

From the religious perspective there’s no prohibition. But from the perspective of social norms (urf) the kid might have to explain to a lot of people why his last name is not after his father. For that reason I don’t think that it’s a good idea.
