I’m not sure if I understand your question correctly. Is there anyone out there who wakes up in the morning and thinks “oh today’s just another ordinary day – let me go to a bank and get some loan!”

See i called ordinary and dire need of money. Suppose m doing a job that is fulfilling my needs but i want to start a business but don’t have money so i go for loan. In this i am not in dire need of money. So can i take loan on interest? Or only when i have some bulging need like treatment or something else

Okay, I think that I understand it better now. Religiously speaking, there’s no prohibition. The prohibition of riba is for the entity that is lending the loan, not for the borrower.
