Decent dress code which doesn’t expose unnecessary body parts is required of every individual and every individual knows what that decent dress means. However, in addition to this basic requirement, there are some additional ‘adaab’ (etiquettes) being taught to Muslims which every Muslim should try to act upon e.g. covering of head for women during Salah; but if at some point, because of certain conditions, whether social or otherwise, any of these requirements cannot be fulfilled despite the person trying his/her best, then Insha’Allah Salah will be accepted.
