    Az-Zukhruf – 43:84

    Arabic

    وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَٰهٌ وَفِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَٰهٌۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

Doesn’t this kind of give the impression of pantheism.

Or is it an usloob of Arabic?

It is a simple expression to say that He is the only God every where. There are no different gods of Heaven and earth.

So The في is not literal right?

nothing wrong to take it literally. we have its equal in English too. We say God in the heaven and we know what it means. it is not necessarily his physical presence in heaven. it is an expression to tell His existence.
