Surah Fateha
There is a common difference of opinion between hanfis and ehle hadees between the recitation of surah fateha. Hanfis also hold a point that the attendees dont have to recite anything whethet namaz is sarri or jahri and that the recitation of imam is enough. This leads to the difference of opinion on the validation of rakah if its joined in rukoo
Where should we stand regarding all this as surah fateha is a compulsory part of prayer. But common sense says that a dua from the imam should be enough for everyone

From imam malik perspective which seems the most reasonable. One more question arises. If in a namaz like zuhr n asar u reach a rakah in rukuu than u should perform that rakah again as fateha has been missed.

This is again an ijtihadi matter as nothing has been fixed in this regard by the Prophet (sws) himself. There is one narration usually quoted by people, but that narration itself is very confusing and is used by both point of views in their support. Ghamidi Sahab, however, is of view that if one finds the rukoo of one particular rakat, that rakat will be considered prayed.

Ji bhai! Fatiha aur saath main kuch quran ka hissa parhna namaz main laazim hai aur yai baat Nabi (sws) sai hamain ijma aur tawatur sai muntaqil hue hai. Iski tafseel hadees main yai milti hai, jiski tashreeh yai hai kai akailay namaz main toh fateha parhna farz hai laikin agar jamaat main koe parh raha hoo toh halkay sai parhay, yai hukam nhi hai balkay aik naseehat hai aur is taraf tawajjo bh dilaati hai kai jaamaat main asal qirat imam ki qirat hai na kai akailay ki qirat, sur koe bh aisa kaam nhi karna chaiyai jis sai imam ki qirat main khalal paray.
