Kaunsi hadees mein mana farmaya hai baraye meharbani hawaly ke sath share kijye. Agar kisi mustanad hadees mein aisa hai bhi tow uss ko Quran ki roshni mein samjha jayega ke kya baat kahi gai hai. Mehaz kisi baat ke hadees mein aa janay se uss ki hurmat aur hillat qaim nahi ho jati.
Mere ilm ki hud tak aurton ke baal katwanay ki koi mumaniat deen mein nahi hai.
There is a hadith in the book of Muslim, that is often used by the scholars who do not consider cutting hair for women to be forbidden:
Abu Salamah said: “The wives of the Prophet (pbuh) used to cut their hair until it came just below their ears.” (Muslim, al-Haydh, 320)
In his commentary on this hadith Al-Nawawi quotes from Qadhi Ayyaz that it appears that the wives of the prophet (pbuh) would do this after the death of the prophet (pbuh) to avoid embellishment and to be able to manage their hair better.
Religious scholars may have differing opinions about various things in Islam. We should always analyze such opinions based on what evidence they provide, rather than who such opinions came from.
Please see the following discussion to understand how haram and halal is determined in Islam for a general understanding.
