Riyasat ko kya sirf 1) Haq Talfi aur 2) Jaan, Mal aur Aabru ke khilaf hi qanoon banane ka haq hai ?? Toh fir badqari ya isi noiyat ke dusre kamo ko qanoon ki satah par kese roka jayega !!!
