Women are pray with different posture in our community since long time.but Ghamidi sahab is giving reference from hadees against it .is it not like that sunnat is rejecting by akhbar ahad ?

Namaz has some compulsory acts and recitations. These are sunnah and have been transmitted to us through ijma and tawatur. There are also several things in namaz that are left for every individual to perform as they please. These are not sunnah.
