We don’t actually believe in the shirk- it’s just a game

Allah Subhanahu wa ta’la severely dislikes shirk. So I wouldn’t go close to it. Not even for fun( games)

      But is it haraam?

It’s not even going close to shirk. All I care about is getting a health boost

There are so many other ways of getting a health boost

      Not in this game

Well, I’m in no position to give fatwas but it’s “disliked” to play such a game, for sure

So it’s not haraam (I think we have to categorise actions in this way- but perhaps with a calmer and nicer tone).

No one will get dissensitive to shirk form playing legend of zleda breath of the wild and getting extra stamina bars.

No one finds murder any less horrific even after playing games that include killing.

Unless they are completely cut off from any Islamic education and are just Muslim by name- I don’t see anyone going to a mandir and worshipping an idol just because of a game.

As a Muslim I wouldn’t create a game with shirk- but I don’t think playing one with shirk can be classified as shirk the same way killing someone in these games isn’t murder.

Alhamdulillah, Ghamidi Saheb explained so beautifully and eloquently what I was trying to communicate above. Jazakum Allahu khairan

So you don’t agree with Ghamidi Saheb’s answer?

I don’t think that the desensitisation from shirk is likely or realistic- also my analogy to murder and killing is above

Fun fact:- I remember that some video games had somewhat elements of polytheism in them. Eg a character who was a god of thunder, god of fire, god of wind, god of water etc. When those games made their way to Saudi Arabia they just simply replaced the title god with king so in the Saudi version we had a king of thunder, fire, wind etc.
