A few minutes before the event, you will receive a notification on your device from the Ask Ghamidi app. Clicking on the notification will display the event details with a Join Meeting button. Please make sure in advance that you are logged in to the Ask Ghamidi app and that notifications on your device are turned on.

If you miss the notification for any reason, you can click on the View Event Details button below a couple of minutes before the event. Please note that the Join Meeting button will only appear a couple of minutes before the event start time, and that you must be logged in to Ask Ghamidi in order to view it.
