      So it is permissible for a man to do this as long as it is clear what is being done and the lineage is also clear- and that the rights and prohibitions related with the figure of the father are maintained

    Halaki yeh iztehadi matter hai lekin sperm or egg donation se toh Khandaan ka idara seedhe seedhe violate hone ka andesha hai, jo plea razai maa ke doodh pilane ki li jaa rahi hai woh toh pedaish ke baad ka mamla hai… Aur isse toh bachche ki bhi haq talfi ho rahi hai…

    Surrogation and donation of sperm for fertility to unrelated women are two different things. I am totally confused about the responses so for.

      Either of these activities is not acceptable if it involves either an egg or a sperm of an unrelated party other than husband and wife. The last response recently taken from Ghamidi Sahab makes it very clear.
