Mizan Al Hikmah ‘Kharij Mein Ashyaa’
I am watching mizan lectures about belief in God and I don’t really understand the concept of ‘kharij mein ashya’ and the ilm being actually inside humans. Does it simply mean that the ‘things’ don’t actually hold any information in that sense, and a human (or animal) brain is required to be able to extract this information from it?

It is a reference to this innate capability of humans to generate knowledge and propagate and progress on it even further over the time. And if you narrow down this capability further, then the potential lies within humans and it is this interaction with external world which brings out this potential.
