Difference Of Punishment For Mushrikeen And Ehle E Kitab
We see that in result of the ittemam e hujjat by rasul saw mushrikeen and ehle e kitab were punished. My question is what is the point on which these two groups are dealt differently. Ghamdi saab said that the difference was ehle e kitab had originally tawheed in them. Didn’t mushrikeen e arab also believed in Allah. But they used to do shirk. Ehle kitab did the same thing while believing in Allah made hazrat isa and uzair as their god and son of god. Or is it as imam islahi says that ehl e kitab were not the direct addressee of prophet but the arabs as bani ismael were.
