Some argue that in this ayah:

    As-Sajdah – 32:7

    Arabic

    ٱلَّذِىٓ أَحۡسَنَ كُلَّ شَىۡءٍ خَلَقَهُۥۖ وَبَدَأَ خَلۡقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنِ مِن طِينٍ

The word tin could be referring to DNA. Is that possible?

Who are those “some” and what argument do they present in order to translate a well-known word differently?

There’s nothing that says that Adam AS didn’t have a mother.

We can’t just pick and choose translations of words to our liking. The correct translation of the word teen is mud / clay and we have to stick to that.

https://youtu.be/lqqNwRk-QKcAnother one.I think the idea would be that obviously the word DNA didn’t exist so an analogy was drawn

      Dear Ahmad
Mufti Abul Layth has some very strange theories. Listen but dont take him that seriously.

Of course I don’t agree with him on many things but we should listen to everyone’s argument to get a balanced view
