does permanent birth control methods such as vasectomy and tubal ligation is permissible in Islam?

majority of religious scholars consider it as HARAM. they support their fatwa from Quran 4:119.

And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah.” And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss”

they say that permanent birth control methods are alteration in nature or in God’s creation.

      Ok.

We have three chidrens: three daughters and one son. We are completely satisfied and happy with the family size.

My wife has government job and we both face problems in time management and children’s caring.

So i think that it is permissibe in this case.
