In a way yes becuase it has been especially mentioned to pray firday prayers.
Allah says in Quran in Surah Jummah, verse 9-10:
“O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu’ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Once the prayer is over, disperse throughout the land and seek the bounty of Allah. And remember Allah often so you may be successful. ”
In terms of holiday no as evident from 10th ayah.
