Here’s a partial definition of insanity from law.com:

Insanity. n. mental illness of such a severe nature that a person cannot distinguish fantasy from reality, cannot conduct her/his affairs due to psychosis, or is subject to uncontrollable impulsive behavior.

What is the source of this principle?

Empirical evidence of the entire humanity.

When, why and by whom this principle proved very first time because I will accept anything till its source is the word of creator of humanity or the word of prophet sent for humanity۔

Unfortunately God did not send down a dictionary. These are things that are left for the humans to collectively determine using their own intellect. Besides, it really doesn’t matter what you or I would accept or reject – the concept of insanity is universal.

No one has to tell us the universal facts that are intrinsically present in our fitra. The belief of justice, and consequently that a person should only be held accountable for those actions that are within his control, is inherent in our fitra. It is further validated by Quran verse 2:286 that Irfan sahab explained above, as well as many other verses that describe God’s justice.

Injustice is happening every where in our world and anyone that doesn’t ruin his very nature says that Justice should happen. Does the Quran comfort the one’s belief of justice by giving a validating verse in each and every unfair situation?

And Ghamidi Sahab said in a program that,

Quran only gives us principles and in a few instances provides applications of those principles. I am not sure what you’re asking and how it relates to this discussion.

What Ghamidi sahab stated about this world not being created on the principle of justice is correct and is based on the concept provided by the Quran. For details, please see:
