The rule related to awareness/understanding of “Established History” which Ghamdi Shb is setting to understand Quran is completely logical and make sense, but if this awareness/understanding is so critical and importan to understand Quran, why ALLAH has not made this clear in Quran as well knowing that ALLAH was always aware that this book will be read till qayamat and people may not get the mening of it without the context, why this clarity was left on peoples’ judgement ?

I don’t think that Ghamidi sahab has ever said that established history is a pre-requisite to understand the Quran. What he has stated is that as humans we have only three primary sources of knowledge: experience / empirical evidence, inference through intellect, and established history. Quran establishes itself as a fourth source of knowledge on the basis of these three primary sources. In other words, when we read the Quran, it provides evidence from these three sources to convince the reader that it is a word of God. Once we understand that then we have to believe in the knowledge that the Quran provides us with as well.
