  Is Riba In A Non-muslim State (Dar-ul-Harb) Halal?

  Some scholars says that in a non Muslim state getting intrest from a non Muslim bank is not prohibited! What is your view? And in a non Muslim state I am having a bank account in which bank gives me some intrest on my savings. So how can I utilize this intrest?

  Prohibition of earning/taking ‘Riba’ is an absolute prohibition and has nothing to do with it being a Muslim Majority Country or a Non-Muslim Majority Country. Just the way alcohol and adultery stay prohibited in those countries, so does earning of Riba.
