Assalam o alikum Sir, what do you think about the conflict between Shia and Sunni, why they are fighting each other? Where is the problem is there?

In Islam there is no Shia or Sunni. Even identifying yourself or associating others with a sect may be a great sin. There is a great video where Ghamidi Sahib explained the differences. Perhaps the moderator will provide you the link. Beyond the knowledge of the conflict, I generally stay away from identifying others or myself with a sect as it is mentioned as a great sin in Quran. I will add 1 point to Nadeem Minhas passage. Its ignorance which cause fight among us. Tecnically, we have no difference in farziaat as per Quran

I agree with Ahsan. The difference is merely the interpretation of history, but Quran an Sunnah is the same. Although just like illiterate Muslims in every sect act and believe in crazy stuff, there are some in both sects that act or believe in things that bring them near committing shirk.
