These days with todays technologies and medicines it is no difficult or painful.
But, you brought up a good topic here. Circumcision is not in Quran. Then is it Sumnah? Is it required or optional? Is it just for health reasons or it has anything to do with religion or duties of Allah? Hopefully someone will answer these questions.
