    The reason is Prophet Mohammd saw arranged the ayahs according to Allahs will.

    Quran was rearranged by God Himself. Please consider the following verse and it’s explanation in Al-Bayan.

    Quran 75:16

    Translation by Javed Ahmed Ghamidi

    [O Prophet!] To swiftly acquire this [Qur’an in the hurry of conclusively communicating the truth to them], do not hastily move your tongue over it [it will continue to be revealed like this; rest assured that] upon Us is its collection and recital. So, when [at that time] We recite it follow that recital. Then upon Us is to explain it [to you wherever need be].
