Islamic Punishments In Relation To Non-Muslims
I was trying to understand the opinion of Ghamidi sahib in regards to Islamic punishments when it comes to non-muslims. How are islamic punishments not applicable to non-Muslim when the the Quranic verses do not specify such exceptions? For example, in case of theft, when the punishment is mentioned, it is not talking about Muslim men and women, rather it generally speaks of men and women.
