  Please define meaning of greed as you understand. In my opinion, if it is just an effort to get rich as much as possible without harming others or without neglecting Allah and his guidance, then I do not see any problem. But if it is otherewise, then certainly greed is bad. The word greed has connotation of acquiring wealth illegally or immorally.
