Ghamidi Sahib explains in the following video that propht Nuh’s sons settled in three different continents and started three different races. In those primitive times, if people had an average age of 40, it is not practical for someone to move into far away continents within their life time and start a new race. This shows that it is likely that it was not just prophet Nuh who lived for 950 years as a miracle, but perhaps such long lifespan was normal.

We have no way to know how long people generally lived during those days. We don’t even know what time period is that of prophet Nuh AS. I’m not sure how you derived the average age of 40. However, determining the average age at the time of Nuh AS makes no difference on the message of Nuh AS.
