Assalam-o-Alaikam. I am a student not a scholar, perhaps my opinion may be of some value.

In Islam there are instances where prayer while walking or riding was allowed in special circumstances. Similarly in difficult situation it is allowed to combine Zuhar and Asar prayer and also Maghrib and Isha.

So from the above it can be determined that in unusual circumstances there is flexibility in when and how prayer can be performed. So I see in the case of Scandinavian countries, it would be allowed to combine Maghrib, Isha and Fajar.

Nadeem sb Fajar cannot be combined. Magrib and Isha can be combined.
In addtion to what Nadeem sb has said. Combining prayers without any good reason is not encouraged. Kindly refer to following video

Yes I understand Ahsan Bhai, but in this unique situation there may be some flexibility as in other examples where people prayed walking and riding. Personally I would try to get up for 15 minutes to pray Fajar and then go back to sleep, but everyone’s sleep and physical ability is different.

Since there is no example set by prophet Mohammad saw for combining fajar with other prayer so in my humble opinion we should avoid it.
About riding or other situation there have been examples therefore we can follow it.

Ahsan Bhai, let’s make it a little more extreme . How about locations where there is approximately 6 months of day and 6 months of night¿

We’ll have to do some Ijtihad as we’ll not find any example. If so, then same rule should apply to Scandinavian countries.

      Nadees Sb,
generally that zones are no-man land. However, ijtihad is available that since they cannot distinguish time over there, it not compulsory for them to pray 5 times. Another ijtehad from salafi point of view is that they will follow the time of nearest country for praying 5 times

Eight hours of continuous sleep is not required. As per historian Roger Ekirch the pre-industrial sleep pattern was in fact segmented. Please see:
