Distribution Of Wife's Wealth
Husband has no right over the property, earnings, and possessions of his wife. but in case a wife dies the husband gets 25 percent of her wealth. In this particular case wife has supported and was the bread earner throughout her life and the husband contributed nothing in her assets. Is it fair that women’s rights were not given in her life and was forced to work and after her death husband gets the wealth?

Inheritance law of God is only applicable after a) any debts of the deceased have been repaid, and b) any will the deceased might have bequeathed during his/her lifetime is distributed. With that, there can’t be anything more fair.

During one’s lifetime any will can be made in any amount, however, it must be done on the principle of justice. What must be kept in mind is that we will have to justify our action in front of God.
