مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ [النساء:11]
The ayah speaks about distributing the inheritance after what has already been chosen. It doesn’t talk about how to distribute after the inheritance itself has been distributed.
